CoreMind Pty Ltd (ABN 85 129 169 222) trading as Your Scale Partner (we,us, our) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, hold, disclose and protect your personal information. It applies to our websites (including yourscalepartner.com and coremind.com.au), landing pages, forms, products, services and marketing.

We have adopted the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988(Cth) (the Privacy Act). The APPs govern the way in which we collect, use, disclose, store, secure and dispose of your personal information. What is personal information and why do we collect it?

Personal information is information or an opinion that identifies, or could reasonably identify, an individual. The personal information we collect is primarily your contact and identifying details, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number and postal address, together with information about how you interact with our websites, advertising and communications. If you become a client, we also collect billing details and the information and materials you share with us in the course of our work together.

We collect this information in a number of ways, including:

• when you complete a form or enquiry on our websites or landing pages;
• when you book a call, register for a webinar or event, or request a resource;
• when you purchase a product or service from us;
• by telephone, email, video call or correspondence;
• when you interact with us or our advertising on social media and other platforms (such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Google);
• through cookies and similar technologies; and
• from publicly available sources, such as business websites and professional profiles, and from third parties such as referral partners.

We collect your personal information for the primary purposes of providing our products and services to you, responding to your enquiries, processing payments, and marketing (including inviting you to events and webinars and following up with you). We may also use it for secondary purposes that are related to a primary purpose and that you would reasonably expect, such as improving our products and services. You can opt out of our marketing at any time (see “Direct marketing” below).

Sensitive information

We do not ordinarily collect “sensitive information” (as defined in the Privacy Act). If we ever need to collect sensitive information, we will only do so with your consent, or where required or authorised by law.

Materials you share with us

When you work with us, you may share business materials such as proposals, presentations, recordings and documents. Please remove client names and other personal or confidential information you do not have permission to share. We use these materials only to deliver our services to you, and we may use third-party tools, including artificial intelligence services, to help analyse, develop and document them.

Direct marketing and how we contact you

By providing your details to us, you agree that we may contact you. Our marketing may include:

• email;
• phone calls and SMS;
• LinkedIn messages and advertising; and
• Meta and Google advertising and retargeting.

You can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails, replying STOP to an SMS, telling us during a call, or contacting us using the details at the end of this policy.

Cookies, tracking and online advertising

Our websites use cookies and similar technologies to operate securely (for example, spam protection on our forms) and may use analytics and advertising tags (such as the Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag and Google Analytics or Google Ads tags) to understand how visitors use our sites, measure advertising and show relevant ads. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

Payments

Card payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details. Bank transfers and currency conversions may be processed through our bank and Wise.

Disclosure of your personal information

We may disclose your personal information:

• to trusted service providers who help us operate our business and deliver our services, such as website hosting and security (Cloudflare), email delivery, CRM and email marketing, scheduling (Calendly), video conferencing, payment processing (Stripe and Wise), and artificial intelligence tools, subject to appropriate confidentiality and privacy obligations;
• with your consent, where you have given us permission to share your information;
• in connection with a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition or sale of assets; and
• where required or authorised by law, including to comply with legal obligations, court orders or regulatory requirements.

We do not sell your personal information.

Overseas disclosure

Some of our service providers store or process personal information outside Australia, including in the United States and Europe.

Security

Your personal information is stored in a manner that reasonably protects it from misuse, interference and loss, and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Information is retained for a minimum of 7 years or as required by law, and securely destroyed or de-identified when it is no longer needed.

You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the details below.

Complaints

If you have a complaint about how we have handled your personal information, please contact us using the details below. We will investigate and respond to your complaint within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) atwww.oaic.gov.au.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
